Promote your products and services as an advertiser in the program booklet for the convention!
The Southwest Region includes Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas, a region with approximately 1,500 AGO members. We are expecting up to 300 convention registrants. Each registrant receives a program book, and the book will be available for purchase by those not registering.
Almost all of the registrants will be key career professionals in the region with responsibilities to plan, budget and initiate orders for musical instruments (pipe organs, electronic organs, pianos, electronic keyboards, percussion, guitars, handbells, etc.), instrumental and vocal music scores, and various music supporting equipment (music stands, microphones, speakers, recording devices, filing cabinets, lighting, software, rehearsal room furniture, office supplies, etc.) necessary to support music programs for religious worship services and for music departments in academic institutions. We encourage businesses that cater to such needs to become a program booklet advertiser.
The program book includes convention program schedules, event details, artist/lecturer biographies, organs, venues, recognition of donors, ads, list of exhibitors and advertisers, and more. The book will be in landscape format 8.5′ high x 11′ wide and spiral bound on left side. The front and back outside and inside covers will be printed in color; inside pages will be black and white. The editor will place ads so as to accommodate optimum use of available print space.
